- Support the development and implementation of customer service procedures, policies and standards.
- Enable business growth by supporting additional sales to existing customers.

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.

- Bachelor degree holder.
- Strong phone contact handling skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
