Looking for eligible candidates for the post of Customer Service Executive in Dubai.
- Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer seervices.
- Handle customer’s enquiries via phone, email or walk-in.
- Support customers in providing quotations such as advising on product's pricing, specifications and delivery schedule. Assist in technical enquiries on valve sizing.
- Recommend alternate products based on pricing, availability and specifications.
- Solve customer complaints and follow up with customers.
- Engage in processing and administration tasks whenever necessary.
- Customer service oriented mindset and experience in a customer service role.
- Great telephone manner for both inbound and outboud calls.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Applications.
- Excellent team player.
- Excellent Organisation and time management.
