Looking for eligible candidates for the post of Customer Service Executive in Dubai.

Job Details:

  • Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer seervices.
  • Handle customer’s enquiries via phone, email or walk-in.
  • Support customers in providing quotations such as advising on product's pricing, specifications and delivery schedule. Assist in technical enquiries on valve sizing.
  • Recommend alternate products based on pricing, availability and specifications.
  • Solve customer complaints and follow up with customers.
  • Engage in processing and administration tasks whenever necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Customer service oriented mindset and experience in a customer service role.
  • Great telephone manner for both inbound and outboud calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Applications.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Excellent Organisation and time management.
