A leading company needed a Data Entry cum Office Assistant for Dubai.

Job Details:

  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate have High School education or Diploma prefers.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
