Job Details:

  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints then give appropriate options for resolution.
  • Direct information flow within the within the company.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the front office.
  • Assist in updating the calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Offer outstanding customer care services through attending to clients and give them appropriate directions or information.
  • Collect, organize, register and share incoming mails.
  • Monitor all calls, emails and hard copy documents.
  • Create and execute standard operating procedures for front office.
  • Handle incoming or outgoing calls and maintain a daily record of calls made.

Job Qualifications And Experience:

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
  • Two years of practical experience in the same or similar role.
  • Must have good computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self motivated and able to work well under supervision.
