- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints then give appropriate options for resolution.
- Direct information flow within the within the company.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the front office.
- Assist in updating the calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Offer outstanding customer care services through attending to clients and give them appropriate directions or information.
- Collect, organize, register and share incoming mails.
- Monitor all calls, emails and hard copy documents.
- Create and execute standard operating procedures for front office.
- Handle incoming or outgoing calls and maintain a daily record of calls made.
Job Qualifications And Experience:
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
- Two years of practical experience in the same or similar role.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self motivated and able to work well under supervision.
