  • Manage all general office duties and assist management team by managing administrative duties.
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients.
  • Setting up conference rooms for meetings.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all conference and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain and order all office supplies.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in the management of the expense process.
  • Assist with fulfilling employee requests.
  • Assist members of the team to coordinate meetings and appointments.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate have Diploma or Degree.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
