Looking for Office Assistant to fill the position in Dubai.
- Overseas general office tasks (e.g. mailing, answering phones, filling, etc.).
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Data entry, help Accounting dept enter or update data into system database.
- Coordinates manager's schedule and makes appointments.
- Organize and manage company assets & library.
- Monitor office operations & refill supplies as needed.
- Coordinate events from internal events to marketing events.
- Assist HR with new hire processing and orientations.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
- Two to three Administrative support experience.
- Proven success developing a positive working relationship with team members.
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
