Looking for Office Assistant to fill the position in Dubai.

Job Details:

  • Overseas general office tasks (e.g. mailing, answering phones, filling, etc.).
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Data entry, help Accounting dept enter or update data into system database.
  • Coordinates manager's schedule and makes appointments.
  • Organize and manage company assets & library.
  • Monitor office operations & refill supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate events from internal events to marketing events.
  • Assist HR with new hire processing and orientations.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
  • Two to three Administrative support experience.
  • Proven success developing a positive working relationship with team members.
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
