- Supervise the effective distribution of incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
- Attend meetings and record minutes.
- Review requests from your line manager and ensure that you manage them as per request and within the required timeframe.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the HR Administration department in order to process services.
- Contacting the travel agency to book hotel and tickets for members of your department.
- Develop periodic reports for reporting purposes.
- Bachelor Degree in any Discipline.
- Two years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Good supervising skill required.
