Job Details:

  • Monitor office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage correspondence e-mail, letters, couriers etc.
  • Create and update contact list.
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assisting Office Administrator in day to day activities.

Job Requirements:

  • High school Diploma.
  • Candidate with one to two years experience in the similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
