A leading express courier company in Dubai inviting application for the post of an office assistant.

Job Details:

  • Organizing and managing files.
  • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner.
  • Arrange and receive courier parcels/mail and distribute the mail among employees.
  • Maintain inventory of office stationary and pantry items.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting other team members with their tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • High school Diploma.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Monthly Salary AED 2500.
