A reputed company in Dubai needed an Office Assistant.
Job Details:
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Responsible for taking some calls, emails, and communicating with clients.
- Managing filing system.Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Recording information as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Job Requirements:
- High school Diploma.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant.
- Knowledge of computer.
