Job Details:

  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Responsible for taking some calls, emails, and communicating with clients.
  • Managing filing system.Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Job Requirements:

  • High school Diploma.
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant.
  • Knowledge of computer.
