A leading Company in Dubai requires a dynamic, hardworking and innovative Office Assistant to fill the position in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all necessary documentation is well-maintained.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and any external organization(s).
  • Maintain personnel files.
  • Ensure that all government regulations are being followed.
  • Ensure that office supplies are maintained at all times.
  • Will be required to travel to various locations at times.
  • Regularly follow up with clients regarding payments and any other needs.

Job Requirements:

  • High school Diploma.
  • One to two years experience in the similar role.
