Job Details:
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and greeting guests.
- Coordinate staff meetings and support with scheduling agendas, document preparation.
- Organising appointments and meetings.
- Dealing with incoming post and deliveries.
- Ordering and management of office supplies.
- Booking travel, accommodation and functions.
- General administration in all business areas.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma with experience in the similar position.
