Job Details:

  • Responsible for processing supplier invoices ensuring timely payments.
  • Point of contact for all supplier queries.
  • Responsible for ensuring purchase order and payment authorisation process is adhered to and to follow up any variation with Internal departments.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Ensure that new supplier accounts are set up and existing accounts are maintained.
  • Answering the phone and responding to emails and other administrative duties.
  • General accounts administration including filing and retrieval of paperwork.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with experience in the similar role.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Good telephone manner.
