  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executives and partners as well as welcoming clients.
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Collating and filing expenses

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with experience in the similar role.
