Receptionist

Greet and welcome visitors to the Company.
Answer incoming calls and direct caller to the appropriate individual.
Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
Direct visitors and callers by maintaining employee call sheet , contact list and department directories/ information.
Maintain sign-in book for visitors.
Provide callers with information about the Company such as address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related information.
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of Federal Express packages. Assist employees with outgoing Federal Express packages.
Maintain phone coverage schedule.
Schedule conference rooms as requested.
Order, stock and maintain office supplies.
Order, stock and maintain kitchen supplies.
Order, stock and maintain first aid kits/biosponse kits/biohazard containers.
Check defibrillator battery on a monthly basis.
Provide administrative support as requested.
Partner with departments across WS on various projects as needed.
Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist in a mid-size company.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and accept direction on given assignments.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
